Extraction
We review your full message history, start to finish. Whether i's 100 messages or 10,000 we'll handle it all. We carefully identify and pull the ones that matter — pulling up to 20 messages carefully selected based on the relevance, tone, and content of what’s found in your message history.
Most attorneys use between 5–10 exhibits in a custody case. We provide up to 20 so you and your attorney have a wider range to choose from. This allows room to select the strongest examples that best support the nuances of your case.
The exact number of messages we include depends on two factors:
- The volume and quality of messages we receive access to
- The communication style of the other party — if the tone is consistently cordial, there may be fewer high-conflict examples available
